1. Description of Service

TempShare is a free temporary file hosting and sharing service. Users may upload files up to 250MB in size and receive a unique URL to share with others. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 48 hours and are not permanently stored by TempShare.

2. Acceptable Use

By using TempShare, you agree that you will NOT upload or share:

• Content that is illegal under any applicable law or regulation
• Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious software
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
• Content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
• Private or confidential information belonging to third parties without their consent
• Content that constitutes harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence
• Personally identifiable information of others without their explicit consent
• Spam or phishing materials
• Content that violates the privacy rights of any individual

3. File Storage & Availability

TempShare does not guarantee the availability, integrity, or permanent deletion of uploaded files. Files are stored via third-party infrastructure (Telegram) and are subject to that platform's policies. While we make reasonable efforts to delete file access after 48 hours, we cannot guarantee removal from all underlying systems.

TempShare is not a backup service. Do not use TempShare as your only copy of important files. We accept no liability for files that become inaccessible before the 48-hour expiry, whether due to technical errors, platform changes, or any other reason.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TEMPSHARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEMPSHARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe that content accessible through TempShare infringes your copyright, please submit a notice in accordance with our DMCA Policy. We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly.

7. Advertising

TempShare displays advertisements from Google AdSense to fund the free service. By using TempShare, you acknowledge and accept the presence of advertising on the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
